We recently had GR Tech out to set up 24-hour controlled access at our fitness club, and I could not be more impressed. This was a brand-new integration for them, but they made sure everything was done right from start to finish. Some additional work was needed to improve the lock mechanics and hardware—well beyond their main scope of work—but Rob and Matt handled it without hesitation. Their commitment to “doing whatever it takes” to get the job done right and achieve my goals really stood out. Both Rob and Matt were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. I needed help with a custom project that integrated some network equipment, cameras, and ability to remote view those cameras, all while being portable. After a couple of brainstorming meetings, they delivered a quote that included hardware, setup, and training. Delivery was a fast and global supply chain issues would allow. The installation was not without some unforseen hiccups, but they solved those and delivered a system that worked as desired and met all requirements. They are easy to work with, not afraid of trying new or non-standard projects, and have clear communication throughout. I will return to them for future standard or 'off the wall' projects. ~ Jeff D
