We recently had GR Tech out to set up 24-hour controlled access at our fitness club, and I could not be more impressed. This was a brand-new integration for them, but they made sure everything was done right from start to finish. Some additional work was needed to improve the lock mechanics and hardware—well beyond their main scope of work—but Rob and Matt handled it without hesitation. Their commitment to “doing whatever it takes” to get the job done right and achieve my goals really stood out. Both Rob and Matt were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Grand Rapids Tech has been a great partner for our business. They have helped us with everything from software troubleshooting to onsite hardware support, even making sure our CNC machines communicate properly with our cloud systems. We have purchased multiple computers through them and the experience has always been smooth and professional.
