Just had a remote check up on my computer and added a TON of security software and just wanted to thank Kermit for a GREAT JOB!!! At the same time i wanted to update my previous review from years ago.... Our company, Global Wealth Solutions, LLC, has worked with Justin Ayers at Grand Rapids Tech for the last 13 years. His knowledge and expertise in our Tech & Compliance specific industry along with GREAT service and response time makes it easy for me to refer him to other clients and friends who need this type of service. In addition to his technical expertise we have also used Justin's recommendations of phone systems and vendors along with helping us with our computer purchases. He has also taken care of all of the installation and set-up that goes with these purchases. You will not be disappointed with Grand Rapids Tech they are a 5 star company. ~ Mike R

I needed help with a custom project that integrated some network equipment, cameras, and ability to remote view those cameras, all while being portable. After a couple of brainstorming meetings, they delivered a quote that included hardware, setup, and training. Delivery was a fast and global supply chain issues would allow. The installation was not without some unforseen hiccups, but they solved those and delivered a system that worked as desired and met all requirements. They are easy to work with, not afraid of trying new or non-standard projects, and have clear communication throughout. I will return to them for future standard or 'off the wall' projects. ~ Jeff D

We are a small manufacturing company in Grand Rapids, MI. The GR Tech founders have managed our company IT needs since their very earliest of days. They built our first company server and network and then, into our newly constructed larger office, installed all the cabling and built our second and current upgraded server, network, and backup systems. Also, all our sound and video systems have been installed and upgraded by GR Tech. They are knowledgeable, capable, reliable, and quick to respond. We recently switched to Grand Rapids Tech for IT support for our Veterinary Clinic. They have been very quick to respond to our concerns and have actually solved our issues, unlike other IT companies that we have used in the past. The technicians are all prompt, professional and explain things in a easy to understand manner, never making me feel belittled for not knowing how to manage my own IT issues. Billing is fair and they have even found ways for us to save money on our computer systems and servers. We just completed construction of a new self storage facility and needed surveillance for the complex. GR Tech came out, reviewed my needs, supplied a proposal that detailed exactly what I needed...then installed the system exactly how they had explained it with results that exceed my expectations. Excellent service! Kermit came out after we closed our business to do an install on 6 computers with our software company in California. 8 pm to midnight! So helpful and not at all "techy" the way some computer people can be. We have been with the company for many years and have never had a bad experience. We had Grand Rapids Tech do our complete install of IT from ground up. Very fast and clean work. We also had 3 monitors installed for our offices and conference rooms and they look amazing! Not only did they help with our IT, but also helped with our printer services and they were cheaper than any other company. They also helped with our phones moving from landline to VOIP. Stop searching for your next IT company. GR Tech is the company to go with if you're looking for a Managed Service Provider. I didn't have the greatest experience with our previous provider and started looking for a new one earlier this year. The Director of IT (David) came and met with me, listened to my concerns, and took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish as a company. The onboarding process was very smooth at a phenomenal price. Since then, we have had GR Tech do multiple jobs and installations for us, and all of them were done correctly and professionally. Kevin came to our shop and set up/installed new switches, a wall mounted server rack, configured a VPN and VLAN, and cleaned up all of the cables in our server room, cutting them to length and patching them into the switch all in a single night! We came in the following work day and had zero issues. We have been incredibly happy with GR Tech. Quit wasting your time Googling MSPs and give these guys a call. You will not regret it! ~ Jon W

Have a 15 room, concrete, lath and plaster home in GR which I could never get a consistent wifi signal......brought in GR Tech (Justin) who designed a Ubiquiti MESH Pro 9 access point system which controls security cameras, smart home, sprinklers and alarm. Blazing speed, 100% uptime (less power outage spike to switch, which they replaced 5 minutes after they showed up) Couldn't be happier with the service, competence and level of professionalism.
